About the event
Improper sleep and constant stress are major causes of many diseases we face. Yoga Nidra is a yogic meditation technique to reach a state of deep relaxation and deep awareness. It is used by many for de-stressing and to help you sleep better. Specifically, Yoga Nidra is a conscious sleep, where you are mindfully aware of your presence even while sleeping, creating a state of meditation. In a guided Yoga Nidra, you follow a certain pattern of instructions to reach a state of complete emptiness or relaxation. The senses are drawn inwards and the experience is derived from the words of the instructor.
Once you’ve experienced guided yoga nidra sessions and are comfortable, you can even practice self-guided ones anytime at home!
