Service Description

The teacher guides everyone in and out of the beginner series. Experience the beginner series as a meditation. This class is perfect for current Mysore students to experience a fully led sequence and track their progress. This class is also perfect for current Flow students who want to try Mysore-style sequences.

Cancel or reschedule your class without fees up to 12 hours before class. A no-show fee will be charged of $8 for plan members.
