Service Description
The teacher guides everyone in and out of the preparatory series. Experience the preparatory series as a meditation. This class is perfect for current Mysore students to experience a fully led sequence and track their progress. This class is also perfect for current Flow students who want to try Mysore-style sequences.

Cancellation Policy
Please book your class at least 1 hour in advance. Cancel or reschedule your class without fees at least 12 hours before class. After 12 hours, the session will be processed as is, or a no-show fee will be charged of $8 for unlimited plan members.
