Service Description

Engage in Sankalp Yoga Shala classes from the comfort of your home. Online sessions are hosted live daily and last one month at a time. This builds a strong relationship between all virtual participants and the teacher. Enrollment for each monthly course ends on the first day of the course. Classes are held Pacific Standard Time.
