    STOTT PILATES, developed by Moira Merrithew, is a contemporary version of classic Joseph Pilates. STOTT utilizes biomechanics and spinal rehabilitation principles to  help both men and women of all ages develop optimal strength, flexibility, endurance and posture, without building bulk or stressing joints. The results include a toned body that feels revitalized and easy to move. 

  • 1:1 or 2:1 Sessions

    1. Experience individual attention for better results and a safer experience. 

    2. Track your growth and progress through our progress tracker made for each practitioner!

    3. Tailor class for your different needs - physical pain, post-natal recovery, etc. 

    4. Privates are scheduled via email. Semi-privates can use the existing class schedule or pairs who book together can schedule via email. 

  • My Journey!

    There are many forms of movement that people connect to, and for me that was Pilates. It became a practice for me and a non-negotiable way to start the day. More than exercise, I see it as oiling a machine! It absolutely increased my strength and mobility,  and made me more athletic - especially as someone who works on the laptop like the most of us! I enjoy other types of movement a lot more because of the overall increase in muscle awareness that comes with pilates. 

    I began as a pilates client of Eden Paul and Makai Fitness, based in Long Beach, California about 3 years ago. I experienced the wonder of pilates (after trying many other forms of exercise). I obtained my certification and now teach group classes at Makai! 

    I wanted to teach closer to my hometown and introduce Pilates the way I learned it to my community, and now teach semi-privates. 

    1. Make an account and purchase a plan to book your first class! You can book our schedule page, or you can contact me and book a slot that works for you.
      2. After your first inquiry or booking, I will reach out with a form to get to know you! 
      3. After that, get ready for class! All you need is water and grippy socks. 

      There are 3 types of classes: A regular class, A Semi-Private, and A Private.
      - regular classes are able to be book by the class schedule and available by plans
      -Semi Privates & Privates are booked by email and availble by class packages only. 

      As Josesph Pilates said, "In 10 classes you'll feel the difference, in 20 classes you'll see the difference, and in 30 classes you'll have a whole new body."
