My Journey!
I began as a client of Eden Paul and Makai Fitness, based in Long Beach, California about 3 years ago. I experienced the wonder of pilates (after trying many other forms of exercise). I obtained my certification and now teach group classes at Makai!
I wanted to teach closer to my hometown and introduce Pilates the way I learned it to my community, and now teach semi-privates.-
