Foundations Flow

Flow Classes are guided sequences that focus on opening and strengthening different directions of our body. Each day we work on a new direction such as grounding, backbending, balancing, hip opening and more. Furthermore, each class works on aligning your body, breath, and mind.

Mysore-Style Yoga

Students are taught a customized sequence, based on the Bharatha Yoga sequences, and will repeat this every session at their own pace. Repeating sequences deepens the impact of the practice in your body, mind, and breath. The sequence will be modified over time as students progress and become comfortable with their particular set of asanas.

Arrive anytime 7:15 am or after. Students practice at their own pace. Beginners take around 45 minutes, Intermediate to advanced take around 60-90 minutes.

Introductory Flow

Introductory Flow classes are perfect for anyone new to the practice of yoga. Classes have guided sequences that focus on the basics at a steady pace. Variations are always given to meet you where you are and to build a strong self-awareness.
