Mysore-Style Practitioners
Mysore Style or Mysore Sadhana, is our traditional class style and is how I practice daily. This class is self-paced, while the teacher is always present to provide assistance, adjustments, and a path of growth. It builds your long-term, personalized practice. Through this method, your self-awareness & self-reliance increases - and your practice grows limitlessly. It is like a bamboo tree, each day we water it, and one day it shoots up 6 ft tall from the ground. Your practice becomes deeply healing and meditative. All that is needed is your presence and commitment. ALL LEVELS are welcome. In fact, this class is the most available to students - new, injured, intermediate, and advanced.
Sunday "LED" classes are for Mysore Style Practitioners to experience their growth. LED Classes are completely guided and complement your Mysore Style Practice.

Foundation Flow
Our Flows are completely guided, 1 hour classes. Flows focus on opening and strengthening different directions of our body. While every class is holistic, we go deeper in a new direction each class -- such as grounding, backbending, balancing, hip opening, and more. Each class aligns your body, breath, and mind.
This is great for new students, and prepares you for Mysore Style. Consistency is still essential, in order to balance and challenge all directions in your body, we suggest attending at least 3 classes a week.

Prenatal / Postnatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga is a great tool to build mental resilience, physical relief and strength throughout the pregnancy journey. Sessions consist of yoga techniques such as asanas, pranayam, meditation, labor breathing, yoga nidra, and post-delivery care.
Prenatal students can also join us for Mysore Style Sessions.
