The beginner flow class teaches you how to breathe and build self-awareness, the very foundation of our practice. Each class prioritizes holistic health and is a great place to start your journey.

Cancellation Policy
Please book your class at least 1 hour in advance. Cancel or reschedule your class without fees at least 12 hours before class. After 12 hours, the session will be processed as is, or a no-show fee will be charged of $8 for unlimited plan members. No-Show/Late Cancel fees will automatically be charged.
