Service Description
Mysore Style students can arrive anytime in the session booked, however class is not a set length. This allows each student to go at their own pace while being guided by the teacher. Some students will finish their sequence in 45 minutes, while others may take 1 hour and 30 minutes. ALL level practitioners are welcome, experience your practice under the nurturing environment and guidance of a teacher. The teacher monitors your practice, corrects your alignment, and provides a direction for growth. This is also suitable for students wanting to work on specific areas like strength, balance, or yoga therapy. Mysore Style was founded by Swatvarama, the author of the classic text, Hatha Yoga Pradipika -- with the belief that everyone can do yoga, according to their abilities and limitations. This unique class style builds consistency and self-reliance in a student’s practice. Students are taught a customized sequence, based on the Bharatha Yoga sequences, and will repeat this every session at their own pace. Repeating sequences deepens the impacts of the practice in your body, mind, and breath. The sequence will be modified overtime as students progress and become comfortable with their particular set of asanas.

Cancellation Policy
Please book your classes at least 3 hours in advance. Cancel or reschedule your class without fees at least 12 hours before class. After 12 hours, the session will be processed as is, or a no-show fee will be charged of $8 for unlimited plan members.
