Classes adapt to your needs and current trimester. Prenatal flows help you stay positive, energetic, and relaxed during and after your pregnancy. Furthermore, it is a wonderful way to connect to yourself and your child during these changing times

Cancellation Policy
Please book your class, booking is available until 5 minutes before the session starts. Cancel or reschedule your class without fees at least 12 hours before class. After 12 hours, the session will be processed as is, or a no-show fee will be charged of $8 for unlimited plan members. No-Show/Late Cancel fees will automatically be charged and invoiced.
